How much does a doctor visit cost without insurance?

At Direct Access Health, a self-pay telehealth visit is $89 and an in-home mobile house call is $249 — a flat, upfront rate with no insurance required and no surprise bills. Members pay a reduced $199 rate for house calls.

What do lab tests and diagnostics cost?

Many point-of-care tests (such as strep, flu, and UTI screening) can be performed during your visit. Any additional lab work or diagnostics is quoted transparently and discussed with you before it is ordered — you will never be billed for something you did not approve.

Is membership cheaper than paying per visit?

If you only need occasional care, per-visit self-pay is simplest. If you expect regular telehealth visits or recurring house calls, a membership ($79–$249/month) lowers your per-visit cost and includes member pricing on house calls. The right choice depends on how often you expect to use care.

Do you take insurance?

Direct Access Health is a cash-pay practice, so payment is due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurer, and most visits are HSA/FSA eligible.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Transparent pricing is core to what we do. The rate you see is the rate you pay, and any optional add-ons or tests are discussed and agreed upon before your visit proceeds.
